Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Samsara BathHouse website, waitlist, bookings, and membership program, and your visits to our facility at 137 Riverside Ave, Roseville, CA 95678 ("the Bathhouse"). By joining our waitlist, purchasing a membership, or visiting the Bathhouse, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who can use our services

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a membership or book independently. Guests between 16 and 17 may visit when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who remains on-site. We reserve the right to ask for identification to confirm age.

2. Bookings and cancellations

Once we open, visits are self-paced ("free flow"), with a maximum stay of two hours per visit. Reservations may be required during peak hours; walk-ins are welcome subject to availability.

• Cancellations made at least 12 hours before your scheduled visit are fully refundable or reschedulable.
• Cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance, or no-shows, may forfeit the visit or be charged a cancellation fee.
• The hammam scrub add-on is booked separately and follows the same cancellation window.

3. Memberships

Memberships renew automatically on a monthly basis unless cancelled. You may cancel or freeze your membership by notifying us at least 15 days before your next billing date. Unused visits included in a membership do not carry over between billing periods unless stated otherwise at signup. Pricing for memberships is described on our Memberships & Pricing page and may change with notice to existing members.

4. Code of conduct

To keep the Bathhouse comfortable and safe for everyone, we ask all guests to:

• Treat staff and other guests with respect.
• Keep phone use to designated areas; no photography or video in the thermal pool, sauna, steam room, or cold plunge areas without staff permission.
• Refrain from alcohol or drug use before or during your visit. Samsara BathHouse is an alcohol-free space.
• Follow guide instructions regarding safe use of the sauna, steam room, and cold plunge.

We reserve the right to refuse service, end a visit, or suspend a membership for behavior that violates these Terms or puts other guests or staff at risk.

5. Health and safety

Use of the thermal pool, sauna, steam room, and cold plunge involves real physiological stress and carries inherent risk. Before your first visit, you will be asked to review and accept our Health Disclosure & Waiver. Please consult a physician before visiting if you have a health condition that could be affected by heat or cold exposure.

6. Payment and pricing

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change. Any changes will not affect a membership billing cycle already in progress. Payment is processed through our third-party booking and payment provider; we do not store full payment card details ourselves.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Samsara BathHouse is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
